At Turtle Design Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or contains defective components, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy is drafted in line with the applicable provisions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
1. Eligibility for Return
We offer returns only under the following conditions:

Damaged Product on Delivery: If your product is delivered in a visibly damaged condition.

Non-Functional Electronic Parts: If any electronic components included in the product are found to be non-functional upon delivery.
Important Conditions:

The request for return must be initiated on the same day of delivery. Any requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

You must share clear photographs or videos of the damaged or defective product via email at theturtledesignstudio@gmail.com to enable our team to verify the claim.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or quality due to screen resolution, lighting, or photography. All product images on our website are for reference and illustrative purposes only.

Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation by the customer.

Products customized or made-to-order unless delivered defective or damaged.
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Email us at theturtledesignstudio@gmail.com within the same day of receiving the product.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting images or videos.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our logistics partner, or provide further instructions if the pickup is not serviceable in your area.
4. Inspection and Approval
Returned items will be subject to quality inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to approve or deny the return based on the condition of the product. Approved returns will proceed to refund or replacement as requested.
5. Refund Policy
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item and completing inspection.

Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer. You will be required to share your bank account details securely.
Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacements
In case of verified defects or damages, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacements are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after approval.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy will apply instead.

To cancel, email us immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.
