• We offer custom and curated design products exclusively within India. No international orders are accepted or shipped.

3. Products and Orders

• All products listed are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

• Product images are for reference only. Actual product color or finish may vary due to lighting or screen differences.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (excluding COD orders).

• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our sole discretion, in which case any payment will be refunded.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.

• All payments must be completed before dispatch (except COD).

5. Shipping

• Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days via Shiprocket.

• Shipping timelines may vary due to location, availability, and courier service limitations.

• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or courier partner delays.

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered damaged or defective.

• The return request must be made on the same day of delivery, with photo/video proof sent to support@turtledesignstudio.in.

• Products are not eligible for return due to slight differences in appearance from display images.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content including images, logos, product designs, graphics, and text are the intellectual property of Turtle Design Studio.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the website without prior written permission.
