Turtle Design Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to ensuring timely and safe delivery of your orders across India. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and conditions as per applicable laws in India.

1. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship only within India. We do not accept or process international orders.

2. Shipping Partner

All our orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket, which collaborates with multiple courier services to ensure reliable and prompt delivery.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Made-to-order or custom-designed products may take additional time, and in such cases, the estimated timeline will be clearly communicated to you.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Remote or non-metro locations may take slightly longer.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or regional disruptions.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping as part of promotional offers or on qualifying orders—this will be clearly mentioned on the website when applicable.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link provided by Shiprocket.

  • You can use this link to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your order.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If the order is not delivered after these attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, it may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply).

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund as applicable.
